Duties

• Assessing and underwriting risks within agreed authority levels.
• Supporting the delivery of team financial targets and annual budgets.
• Building and maintaining broker relationships and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Developing a pipeline of new business and securing deals in line with objectives.
• Reviewing client portfolios and monitoring underwriting performance.
• Leading or participating in one-off projects as needed.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Supporting the development of junior team members.
