A leading home furnishings retailer in the UK seeks a Trade Associate to build relationships with trade members and drive brand awareness. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and managing trade interactions. Suitable candidates will have 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience and strong communication skills. The role requires mobility on the sales floor and the ability to lift items up to 30kg. Working hours include regular shifts on weekends and holidays.

The Trade Associate encompasses the ability to effectively establish and manage relationships with existing trade members as well as proactively build brand awareness for the company by introducing the brand to new business opportunities. Provide strategic selling and problem-solving skills to grow and develop business and cultivating sales channels. This "startup" position requires mental flexibility, a "get to yes" mentality and an open to learn positive attitude.
Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) preferred.
