The role

We are currently seeking highly motivated Trade Assistants to join our company. The position involves the installation and commissioning of new transport refrigeration equipment at our Modern workshop based in Welshpool, Western Australia or onsite at our customers’ facilities.

A current car licence is required for this position to enable travel between our workshop and customer facilities.

You must have a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn our multi‑skilled trade.

The skills that will see you succeed in the role:

• Power and hand‑tool experience
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude (working on small diesel engines)
• Knowledge of the automotive/trucking industry with experience in refrigeration would be an advantage
• Work as a member of a team
• Good workmanship with thorough attention to detail
• Possess initiative and have a strong work ethic
• Take pride in your work
• Neat presentation and be punctual
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical
• Your own tools will be a bonus point but not necessary
