Key Responsibilities


  • Manage in-house planning project work, including site appraisals and evaluations

  • Prepare written reports, planning statements, and application documentation

  • Lead on planning submissions and liaise with Planning Officers, consultees, and stakeholders

  • Represent the organisation at Planning Committees and appeal hearings, as required

  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery


The Ideal Candidate Will Have


  • Several years experience in a planning role (private or public sector)

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Town Planning

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • An ambitious, self-motivated, and collaborative approach

  • A keen interest in the full land and planning process

  • A full UK driving licence
