An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented individual to join the Tour Accounting division of Live Nation Music as a Tour Accounts Assistant. The main purpose of the role is to provide specialised support in managing and processing tour representative expenses, mainly through the Pleo expense management system, working directly under the supervision of a Tour Accountant.
The role will focus specifically on Pleo expense management, serving as the primary point of contact for tour reps regarding expense queries, receipt issues, and VAT compliance. This position offers excellent exposure to expense management processes within the live music industry and provides valuable experience in financial administration and stakeholder communication.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with tour reps and requires accurate processing of expense claims with proper VAT treatment and documentation.
