Qualifications

  • Significant post registration experience within a tissue viability environment.
  • Continued experience of exercising initiative and independent actions.
  • Experience in interprofessional and multi-agency working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pressure ulcer/wound care management adhering to national guidance.
  • Improve patient care standards through quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage team duties, including rotas and performance reviews.
