Timber Frame Manufacturing – Supervisor (Early Shift)
CCG OSM specialises in the off‑site manufacture of closed‑panel timber systems and operates from one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in the UK.

The company principally serves the construction arm of the CCG Group, delivering housing and care homes across the country, and is currently recruiting a Supervisor to support the ongoing expansion of the Group’s construction activities across the Central Belt.

Salary

£13.67 to £15.50 D.O.E. There is also an opportunity to earn an incentive for achieving targets on a weekly basis, which is paid annually.

Hours

Early shift 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday with a 30‑minute break each day = 37.5 hours per week.

Skills / Responsibilities
  • Provide others with clear direction, setting the appropriate standards of behaviour, which motivates and empowers others to achieve results.
  • Identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks on shift.
  • Provide colleagues with development opportunities and ensure a coaching style is adopted when dealing with your team.
  • Review, assess, and positively manage absence levels within the team.
  • Recruit, induct, train and develop the team by providing the vision, direction and support to enable them to deliver their objectives and optimise and develop their performance.
  • Role model and implement Safety through behaviours.
  • Responsible for production out turns daily along with ensuring materials are available at requested times by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Ensure best practices are shared and replicated with other lines and colleagues to improve production performance, quality, safety and environment.
  • High standard of timekeeping and attendance.
