Overview

Job Title: Textile Labourer
Pay Rate: £12.21 Per hour plus Overtime
Location: BD4 Bradford
Start Date: Monday 16th February 2026

A position as a Textile Labourer offers entry into a thriving historic industry with a Monday to Friday schedule. Shifts rotate between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, with the late shift initially from 11:00 - 19:00, allowing for a smooth transition into the role.

Responsibilities
  • Perform physical, repetitive tasks with attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
  • Work in a structured, hands-on environment as part of a team, with a focus on mutual respect and collaboration.
  • Measure accurately to ensure quality and consistency in production.
  • Adapt to rotating shifts and maintain productivity and safety in all tasks.
