• Operate blending machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth production flows
• Load raw materials as per production needs accurately and oversee machine operations
• Monitor machinery and materials closely to identify and resolve any faults or inconsistencies
• Perform regular quality checks to uphold high production standards
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support the team to maintain a smooth and productive workflow
• Assist with material handling, storage, and keeping your work area clean and organised
