A leading grocery retailer in the UK is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a motivated individual who can lead a team effectively, manage daily store operations, and maintain safety standards. Applicants must be over 18 and have a passion for making a positive impact in a retail environment.
The availability windows show the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work. The week includes Sun–Sat, 06:30 to 23:00.
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
