About the role

Availability Window

  • Sun: 06:00 - 15:00
  • Mon: 06:00 - 15:00
  • Tue: 06:00 - 15:00
  • Thu: 14:00 - 23:00
  • Fri: 14:00 - 23:00

Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12).

The schedule is based on availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts. Flexibility in working hours is supported.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, help customers, and lead your team to ensure smooth running of the store. Your responsibilities include:
