Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; £13.66 within M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts.
