Pay and Conditions

Starting from £12.45/hour, increasing to £13.66 inside M25. Night shift premium of £2.35/hour for hours between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexibility and will schedule your hours within your available windows, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
