The Role

As Territory Manager, the successful candidate will be managing key relationships within both NHS and Private hospitals, typically calling on surgeons, consultants, theatre managers / nurses and procurement, with focus on both existing and new business. Full product training will be provided and earning potential is exciting and realistic.

An international manufacturer of a wide range of orthopaedic fixation and reconstruction devices and ancillaries, with a reputation going back over a quarter of a century. They provide a range of hip and knee products, fixation devices and biologics and they are currently seeking to recruit a high calibre theatre or medical sales professional to manage and grow their business within the South Thames, Kent, Surrey and Sussex region.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in an NHS hospital sales environment and a drive to either break into Orthopaedics or continue in this career path. A stable and successful track record within theatre sales will enhance your application. High level of drive and energy is essential. Candidates will be required to do a practical kit test in the interview process so focus and product preparation is important.

The Package for Territory Manager
  • Basic: £45,000 to £55,000
  • Commission: £24-27k paid monthly and annually
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or £800 per month allowance
