Looking for your next big move in technical sales? As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for one of the world’s largest independent suppliers of lubricants. Operating in over 40 countries and trusted by manufacturers across industries, this is your chance to join a business with serious momentum. Based in the Midlands, your days will be a mix of meeting customers, spotting opportunities, and helping manufacturers solve real-world challenges with innovative products.

What you’ll be doing
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of industrial and manufacturing customers across the Midlands

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning solutions that deliver value

  • Drive new business development while nurturing existing accounts to hit and exceed sales targets

  • Act as the go-to technical expert on lubricants and applications, providing tailored advice and support

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, from project management through to closing deals

  • Keep up to date on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Must-Haves
  • Proven experience in technical or consultative sales within industrial/manufacturing sectors

  • Track record of generating profitable growth and hitting targets

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with excellent organisation and time management

  • Confident with IT systems, proposals, and reporting

Nice-to-Haves
  • Background in lubricants, chemicals, or metalworking fluids

  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Process Operations (or equivalent experience)

  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or SAP
