This position will support Prescott's, Inc.

As a Territory Sales Manager at Prescott's, Inc, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the South / Southwest England UK territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products and services, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. You will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

This role provides an attractive base salary of £30,000 along with unlimited commission opportunities. Our commission structure is designed to reward you for the number of microscope sales, service contracts and repairs you complete; the more you accomplish, the higher your earnings. Earnings potential could be around £60,0000 to £80,000 per year.

This position can be worked in Southampton, England.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problems
  • Perform annual maintenance inspections per OEM specifications
  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Drive to service calls, sales meetings, and cold calls
  • Earn commissions on selling refurbished microscopes, parts/accessories, and service agreements
  • Respond to multiple service calls per week
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products and services

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • University degree or equivalent, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or sales position, a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with surgical microscopes and related equipment is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
