Role

Are you passionate about beer and spirits? If you want to be a key player in ensuring consumers get access to the range of Diageo’s market-leading brands such as Guinness, Harp, Rockshore, Carlsberg, or Smithwick’s, Gordons, Smirnoff, Baileys, Roe & Co and many others, then this is the role for you. As a representative for Diageo, your role combines sales strategy, relationship building, and targeted activations. You will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring Diageo product availability across all assigned stores within your geographical region. A positive mindset, digital fluency, and alignment with our culture are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
  • To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
  • Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
  • Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
  • Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
  • Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;
  • Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
  • To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
  • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
