Wrexham County Borough Council is recruiting a Housing Tenancies officer to support the Tenancy and Neighbourhood Team Leader in managing the estate office, engaging with tenants and residents, and delivering high‑quality services. Responsibilities
  • Maximise the sustainability of tenancies and improve service delivery for tenants.
  • Support the Team Leader in all estate office functions, including staff management.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Council, engaging with tenants, statutory partners and voluntary organisations.
  • Design and deliver a flexible, tenant‑focused service and build resilience among residents.
  • Ensure compliance with council policies, safeguarding and tenancy regulations.
