A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Tenancy Compliance Case Officer to support housing clients in Bristol and Bath on a temporary basis. Tenancy Compliance Case Officer

Location: Bristol & Bath. Contract: Temporary – 3 to 4 months. Rate: £28 per hour (could be negotiated). Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (3 days per week office-based).

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Tenancy Compliance Officer to support our housing client across Bristol and Bath on a temporary basis. This role is focused exclusively on no access cases, with a strong emphasis on legal compliance, court processes and enforcement action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and progress no access cases in line with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and progress injunctions
  • Work closely with legal services to support court applications and hearings
  • Prepare evidence bundles and provide court attendance and witness statements where required
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal teams to resolve access issues
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes in line with compliance standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks relating to health & safety and statutory compliance
About You
  • Proven experience in a tenancy compliance, housing enforcement or legal compliance role
  • Strong knowledge of no access procedures, injunctions and court processes
  • Experience preparing legal documentation and giving evidence in court
