Are you organised, proactive and ready to play a key role in supporting our engineering and service teams? We are looking for a Temporary Spares Coordinator to manage our service inventory, customer repairs and service exchange processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving and contributing to a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive store book in/out and move customer repairs to the correct cells.
  • Manage the service exchange process for certain items including Syteline transactions, shipping to refurbishers and booking returned items into stock.
  • Catalogue and maintain service tools and engineer spares; manage booking of leak detectors, load cells, gas analysers, etc.
  • Oversee inspection and shipping of installation kits.
  • Maintain service inventory for key and routine customers.
About You

To be considered for steer you will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a stores environment and an awareness of technical drawings using a stock control database is desirable.
