A community care provider in Sunderland is seeking a Temporary Service Manager to support the leadership and management of care services. The role involves leading teams to deliver person-centred care to vulnerable individuals with complex needs. A starting salary of £37,280 - £40,777, excellent training, and career development opportunities are offered.

We are looking for Temporary Service Managers who will instil a culture of continuous improvement. You will support the Business Manager with the leadership and management of care and support services. The positions are temporary to cover maternity leave in our Learning Disability division.
You will ensure that personalised care and service is provided to vulnerable people with complex disabilities and the service area/staff team meet all statutory requirements, professional and best practice guidance in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures and Sunderland Care and Support quality standards.
