Our client, a rapidly growing digital enterprise investment firm, has just moved into stunning, newly renovated offices with panoramic views — and they're looking for you to be their first point of contact.

Working in a team of 3, (including you), you will be the go‑to person for meeting and greeting, organising the meeting rooms, supporting with events and any issue that may arise.

The firm is seeking a Receptionist who has excellent communication skills, is approachable, communicative and is highly organisational. This is an opportunity to join a team that is united and works collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the office. They want a Receptionist with a can‑do attitude and is happy to muck in when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting & Greeting: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Organising bookings, layouts, and set‑ups to ensure seamless meetings.
  • Day‑to‑Day Support: Helping with admin and ad‑hoc tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

You must be a receptionist with a minimum of 5+ years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services.
