Office Angels are hiring for a temporary Junior Executive Assistant.

Position: Junior Executive Assistant

Contract Type: Temp to possible perm. Temp initially for 8 weeks

Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 - £20.52 - £23.50 per hour

Location: London Office (minimum 4 days per week in Paddington office 1 day from home)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Assist the Exec / Leadership Team with diary management, meeting coordination, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, room bookings, and scheduling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, including transport and accommodation.
  • Event Coordination: Help prepare materials and logistics for Exec Week activities, offsites, socials, and internal events.
  • Reception Cover: Provide professional and welcoming first-point-of-contact support during absences.
  • Project Support: Contribute to People & Workplace initiatives that enhance employee experience and office culture.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships across the business, ensuring leaders and teams are well supported.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, reception, or junior EA/PA role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Google Suite, video conferencing tech, and eager to learn new systems and AI.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, can-do mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in the office and enjoys creating a great employee experience.
