Temporary Finance Manager - Redruth -Full or Part-Time

Are you an experienced Finance Manager ready to make a meaningful impact? Trial Balance Consulting are proud to be working with a well-established, highly respected Cornwall-based charity to recruit a Temporary Finance Manager during a particularly busy period.

This is a 2-3 month interim contract offering flexible hours (full or part-time) and an on-site working environment. You’ll play a key role in the organisation’s small, passionate management team, working closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees.

This is no back-office role, it’s a visible, hands-on position where your contributions will help shape the charity’s financial processes and support its exciting growth plans.

  • Managing accounts payable & receivable

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting management accounts preparation
  • Aged debtor management
  • Petty cash control

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded finance professional who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) or equivalent experience
  • Charity or not-for-profit sector experience (a bonus, but not essential)
