Temporary Data Analyst

Role Details
  • Salary: Dependent on experience
  • Contract Duration: Temporary, 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (no weekends)
  • Location: SW1, London (hybrid working model, 3 days in office per week)
Overview

Foundever and Intuit are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team on a 6-month contractual basis. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop Customer Success dashboards that analyze and report on revenue-generating and customer experience activities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of user-friendly and comprehensive executive dashboards.

You will work on behalf of our client, Intuit, a global fintech leader renowned for driving prosperity through innovative financial solutions, trusted by millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Development:
    • Design and build interactive and intuitive Customer Success dashboards to report on retention and revenue activities.
    • Develop and maintain robust and scalable ETL processes to support dashboard creation and data integration.
    • Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
  • Experimentation:
    • Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
    • Provide historical data for key metrics to establish baseline performance and experiment targets.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand reporting needs and refine dashboard functionalities.
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders and executives clearly and concisely.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through best practices in data governance and quality control.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
Your Profile & Experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SQL (essential).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Qliksense, or similar tools.
  • Experience with ETL processes and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with call centre data and key industry metrics.
  • Understanding of web data and digital support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex analyses into clear insights.
  • Effective time management to meet project deadlines.
