A leading department store group in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customer inquiries related to online ordering in a fixed-term role. Candidates must be flexible with availability, work weekends and evenings. Responsibilities include managing online fraud and delivery issues while providing excellent customer support. The role includes perks such as a colleague discount and health support services.
As a Customer Service Advisor working within our contact centre, you will support all customer enquiries related to online ordering, including management of online fraud, issues with delivery, supporting customers in transacting online and management of customer relations.
Please note you will need to be fully flexible and available Monday through Sunday.
3x Customer Service Advisor - 37.5 hours per week (Fixed Term until 31st Jan 2026)
All contracts will require you to be available evenings, weekends and over the festive period including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day (depending on your rota).
