  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and track order statuses, providing updates to customers as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer service standards.
  • Deliver excellent support to both new and existing customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:
