Temporary Christmas Sales Associate - Part Time - Commission, incentives and great staff discount.

Whether a customer is looking for jewellery, a watch or just 'something special', you’ll make sure they leave with it gift-wrapped.

As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers. You’ll be part of a fashion conscious, business casual team that celebrates individuality and personal style.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to create memorable experiences and meet store targets, especially during peak trading periods.
  • Answer questions, showcase products, and help customers find jewellery, watches or “something special”; ensure gift-wrapping where appropriate.
  • Represent the brand and reflect its culture in all interactions with customers.
  • Support the team during the Christmas period by contributing to a welcoming store environment.
  • Be flexible regarding additional hours during peak times, weekends and bank holidays as needed.

  • A passion for putting the customer first and creating positive experiences.
  • An interest in jewellery products and brands, even if you don’t have prior jewellery experience.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a natural ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
