Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Pastoral Team, you will have a key focus on recording, monitoring and analysing student attendance and actively following up with students, parents/carers and other professionals.

You will need quick and accurate data skills and a calm and confident manner in communications. You will also benefit from having a 'Professional Curiosity' that will enable you to follow‑up on absences and improve attendance for students.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful person will need to be able to start work at 8.15am each day.
