Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused Temporary Accounts Assistant to support our client through a system migration project to Xero. This role is crucial in ensuring that all financial data is accurate, complete, and fully prepared for a smooth migration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, update, and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and cleanse data ahead of the Xero migration.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in existing records.
  • Support the finance team with general accounts administration as required.
  • Work to tight deadlines to meet project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software (essential).
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or accounts administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail with highly accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team during a busy project phase.
