Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception.
  • Complete reception-related administration and maintain databases.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure the reception area is tidy.
