Location: Roehampton - Site-based

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Temp Pay: £17.50ph Perm Salary: £35,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting consultants with managing their Medical Secretaries
  • Managing the rotas of the Medical Secretaries with precision
  • Delivering outstanding guidance and support to Medical Secretaries
  • Upholding confidentiality, safeguarding, and information governance standards
  • Leading and supervising a team of medical secretaries, including workload allocation, performance management, and training
  • Ensuring high standards of administrative support across the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
  • Acting as the first point of contact for escalations and team-related queries
What You'll Bring
  • Strong admin and Microsoft Office skills (audio typing a plus!)
