Are you ready to step into a vibrant and dynamic role where your sales skills can shine? Our client, a leading organisation in providing essential business supplies, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Telesales Support Assistant to join their team!

Position: Telesales Support Assistant

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £13/hour

Working Hours: Standard 9 AM - 5 PM

Location: Office-based - Liverpool, Knowsley

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and prospect clients to discuss additional product lines
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise client spending and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress

What We're Looking For

• A motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential
