Job summary

A leading sales firm based in London is looking for a dynamic sales representative to engage with customers through outbound calls. The role involves understanding customer needs, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM. Candidates with a Grade 12 or High School Certificate and experience in telesales are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / High School Certificate; additional qualifications are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to explain their features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  • Handle Objections: Overcome customer objections and turn them into opportunities to close sales.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals.
  • Update CRM: Keep records of customer interactions, track sales, and update databases with customer details.
  • Provide Information: Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints or issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work with sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and to share best practices.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 / High School Certificate, Additional qualifications are advantageous.

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred and recommended. Training will be provided.
