NEW SALES OPPORTUNITY FOR MOTIVATED AND TARGET-DRIVEN CANDIDATES!

SALARY: £23,000 – £27,000 basic DOE + guaranteed £250 for the first 3 months, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant company with over 80 years of service and ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years.

As a Sales Trailblazer, your role is crucial to the company's growth. You will make outbound calls to business owners, introduce services, and create opportunities for the business development team to sign up new clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs.
  • Schedule sales meetings with business owners and directors.
  • Collaborate with your Business Development Manager to plan quarterly seminars.
  • Generate leads, appointments, and referrals through active outreach.
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline accurately.
