The Best Connection are currently looking for a confident, results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client in the Doncaster area. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidates must be looking for long term work as this is temporary to permanent positions.

Working hours:

09:00 - 15:30 Monday - Friday (Part-time)

Our client are a leading supplier of construction site consumables. It's a family-owned business with a relatively small team of 16 in the office (35 in total). Their success is built on strong relationships of trust that they've developed with their customers over many years. People buy from people they trust, and this is all dependent on the team. As they continue to enjoy growth, there is a rewarding career opportunity to join the Sales Team as a Telesales Executive.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven and confident in lead generation and outbound sales to join a flexible Sales Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating leads and new prospects for the Sales Team. This position involves making outbound calls, business to business, to promote the company brand and how they benefit national house builders in cost effectively procuring site consumables.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively conduct B2B outbound calls to potential clients and manage interactions in the CRM.
  • Qualify leads and generate appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data in the CRM.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Always maintain a professional and polite communication style.

Skills & Qualifications

· Proven telemarketing/sales, inside sales, lead generation or customer service experience (construction or industrial sector is a plus).

· Ambitious with strong initiative, time management, and resilience.

· High emotional intelligence for building relationships and working within a team.

· Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner and articulation.

· Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.

· IT literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems.

· Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in the business's success

· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

· Punctuality and reliable attendance

Experience
