Overview

Location: Kingswinford. Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. Permanent, full time office based. Salary £27,500 per annum plus bonus.

What you'll do
  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide technical support over the phone to assist customers with our products.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received via our internal web chat function.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service that reflects our commitment to quality.
  • Initiate sales conversations with potential customers through phone and email outreach.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend relevant products.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
