Telesales Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall account growth by understanding customer requirements and providing a memorable customer service
  • Take ownership of your accounts, identifying opportunities and securing business that grows overall account revenue
  • Make every interaction count and focus on quality, over quantity, by building close-knit and trusted relationships with your set of accounts
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop engaging and successful sales strategies
  • Perform outbound calls to retain customers, renew contracts, provide solutions, and close sales
  • Use Salesforce to drive the customer contact strategy and record all sales activity
  • Connect prospects and leads with the new business team
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure the service delivered is seamless and cancellations are kept to a minimum
