Job description

J.C.H Draughting Ltd is a specialist service provider to the construction industry, offering Structural & Architectural detailing to our clients across the UK, based in the North West of England.

Due to consistent high demand for our services and long term projects on the books we require a TEKLA structural detailer to join our team, working from our offices and based in Wigan.

The Role

• Minimum 2 years TEKLA experience, including but not limited to portal structures, architectural steelwork, platforms, balustrade and staircases.
• Full knowledge of Tekla Structures system.
• Ability to produce excellent standard GA’s, assembly and part drawings.
• Good understanding of cold and hot rolled steel systems.
• Must be able to work well as an individual or as part of a team
• Ability to interpret Architect’s and Engineer’s drawings, along with site sketches.
• Able to work under pressure and meet required timescales.

Excellent attention to detail.
