We are looking for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring that Commodities and Global Markets technology risk is managed in line with Macquarie's Operational Risk Management Framework.

This is a unique opportunity to provide technology risk support to one of Macquarie's business groups that has a dynamic and fast‑paced technology environment. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies, influence senior decision‑makers, and enable the digital journey of Commodities and Global Markets business.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will collaborate with technology teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure Technology Risk is effectively managed. You'll take ownership of identifying operational issues and control breakdowns, providing strategic advice to address challenges and prevent future occurrences. By leading risk incident investigations, you'll uncover root causes and recommend robust solutions while embedding a proactive risk culture through training, workshops, and assurance reviews. Leveraging advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI & Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, you'll automate control testing and deliver actionable insights to enhance risk oversight. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives to meet evolving business demands.

What you offer
