Using technology to drive real and meaningful change. That's one good thing.
At Capital One we are on a mission : to change credit one good thing at a time. You might think of us as a credit card company. But the truth is we're just as much a technology business. And we're here to make a positive difference to our customers, our colleagues and community.
Our Tech teams challenge the status quo and make an impact on millions of customers every single day. And that's what makes a career in technology here like nowhere else. During the Graduate programme you will be able to rotate into three different teams which will give you a broad and varied experience allowing you to hone your skills and strengths before choosing which area you'd like to explore more.
This is a permanent position based at our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements and we are open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.
We pride ourselves on hiring the best people, not the same people. Building diverse and inclusive teams is the right thing and the smart thing to do. We want to work with top talent – whoever you are, whatever you look like, wherever you come from. We know it's about what you do, not just what you say. That's why we make our recruitment process fair and accessible.
We are committed to creating teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone and would particularly love to hear from you if you identify with an under-represented group in our industry such as women, the LGBTQ community and ethnic minority candidates.
