Responsibilities
  • Work with our global delivery network to manage complex and large-scale technology projects
  • Implement large-scale Business Transformations across key UK Energy and Utilities clients, supporting end-to-end Business Transformations rather than just technical solutions
  • Provide solutions to real-world problems in the Energy and Utilities industries, working at the forefront of topical areas

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget
  • Manage end-to-end technical delivery across the entire delivery lifecycle
  • Develop and manage high performing, diverse and dispersed teams
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation work
  • Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Work closely with clients to align expectations with delivery plans
  • Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans
  • Be comfortable executing delivery across Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest technology trends and apply them in day-to-day operations
Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience of working within the Energy and Utilities Industry sector is Essential
  • Proven ability to manage entire projects or phases across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test) and manage budgets
  • Experience leading projects using Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings such as Salesforce
  • Experience using different delivery methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall
  • Understanding of Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency Management
  • Strong communication skills with experience working with Energy or Utilities clients and ideally with delivery teams in multiple global locations
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams and priorities
  • Experience line-managing resources and coordinating project teams
