Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and support specialists
• Keep infrastructure services available, secure, and scalable across on-prem and cloud
• Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement
• Own end-user technology standards, roadmaps, and asset lifecycle management
• Act as senior escalation point, including out-of-hours support
• Deliver infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives
• Partner closely with plant operations to enable IT/OT convergence
• Own infrastructure budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation
• Manage vendors and service providers for performance and value
• Provide clear, confident updates to the CTO and senior leadership

What You'll Bring

• Strong technical grounding across networks, data centres/cloud, workplace tech, and ITSM
