Role: Technical Support Coordinator

Location: Watford

Salary: Entry level salary

Type: Fixed Term Contract - 2 months with potential to extend

Russell Taylor Group have an immediate start opportunity for a fixed term Technical Support Coordinator for a short-term contract. The role will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating assessments. For this role you must be organised, customer focused, and results driven as you will be liaising daily with clients and assessors, maintaining records and providing reports.

Responsibilities
  • Handling queries & resolving complaints.
  • Scheduling and arranging inspection visits in order to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Liaise with clients and provide clear updates to the assessors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Resolve queries and complaints linked to the assessments.
  • Maintain accurate databases and ensure records are up to date.
  • Handle calls and enquiries efficiently, following set guidelines.
  • Update internal documentation in line with new standards and procedures.
  • Prepare progress reports for clients and the internal team.
  • Work with IT to improve databases and systems for efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for new schemes and wider operational activities.
Requirements
  • Strong geographical knowledge to ensure that assessments are lined up correctly in the most efficient way.
  • Calm under pressure and impartial in decision-making.
  • Professional, honest, and reliable with strong integrity.
  • Confident and professional when handling phone calls- Customer focused.
