Here at ISS, as one of the UK's largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to manage engineering maintenance delivery across a large and complex site in the Greater Reading area.

This role will oversee an engineering team responsible for M&E, Fabric, and small Projects within a fast-moving facilities environment. The team is tasked with delivering against a PPM and Reactive regimen.

We are seeking a confident Maintenance Manager with extensive FM experience, a proven track record in team leadership, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring contractual and compliance standards are met. This is a hands-on, traditional technical leadership role.

You will lead this effort while working closely with the Project Management team, Account Director, Soft Services, and various customer stakeholders.

Key actions include:

  1. Managing the engineering team to achieve optimal performance
  2. Assessing supply chain performance
  3. Collaborating with wider Account stakeholders
  4. Ensuring statutory compliance
  5. Upskilling the engineering team
  6. Implementing innovative process improvements

Requirements from you:
