This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of food safety systems, compliance, and technical standards within a collaborative and forward-thinking technical function.

The Role

As Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing site compliance with BRCGS and major retailer standards
• Overseeing HACCP systems, technical documentation, and internal audits
• Leading food safety and quality systems development
• Supporting and mentoring the wider technical team
• Preparing the site for external audits and customer visits
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives linked to quality and compliance
• Working closely with production, NPD, and site leadership

The Candidate

We\'re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in chilled or high-care food manufacturing
• A solid understanding of BRCGS, HACCP, food safety and retailer standards
• Previous experience in a similar technical systems, compliance or QA management role
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong people and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
