Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical and maintenance operations, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance and contractor performance.
  • Lead energy and waste management initiatives, supporting sustainability goals.
  • Act as technical advisor for development handovers and project briefs.
  • Ensure effective procurement and compliance across all estate services.
What We're Looking For
