Overview

Are you in Building/Technical sales in the UK but dreaming of blue skies, crystal clear waters and an island lifestyle, coupled with a tax-free salary and great quality of life?

Our client is based on the beautiful island of Bermuda and keen to hire a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth within Bermuda's building industry. This role requires strong technical sales expertise, building/construction knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks/ERP systems, as well as the ability to build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.

Start date: January 2026

Package: IRO USD $75-100k, £55-75k virtually tax free. (approx £40-50k basic, plus comm)

"We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager" with the following responsibilities and qualifications.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieving targets and securing product specifications on architectural projects.
  • Promoting products through client engagement, events, demos, and presentations.
  • Providing technical support, quotations, orders, and project tracking from concept to completion.
  • Managing POS/ERP systems for estimates, invoicing, payments, and reporting.
  • Attending trade shows, maintain industry network, and monitor market trends.
  • Collaborating internally to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive technical sales experience in building products.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and reading construction drawings.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong confidence driving.
