A leading recruitment agency seeks a passionate sales professional for business development and account management in the Birmingham area. This field-based role requires generating leads, managing clients from start to finish, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will receive a company vehicle, flexible working hours, and a potential bonus of up to 10%, with 33 days of annual leave. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

This role is purely field based but there is an office available in the South/West Wales and Bristol area and there is an expectation to visit the main office in West Wales – on occasion.
We are looking to strengthen the sales team by adding a driven and passionate sales person, who will cover the centre of the UK as well as London.
Working to develop an area that needs someone like you, you will be:
You will be given a company vehicle along with the basics – phone and laptop etc…
In return you will be rewarded with up to a 10% bonus – paid twice a year.
Annual leave is 33 days per year (inclusive of public holidays).
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm, but there is flexibility to work to what best suits the role.
And all expenses (hotels etc – if needed) are paid.
