SALARY: £26,000 to £40,000 per annum Basic (depending on experience) / £50,000 - £65,Ак OTE (uncapped commission) + Benefits
LOCATION: Flexible after initial training time which is office based in North Shields
Field Based role covering the following locations: Darlington, Durham, Hartlepool, Hexham, Middlesbrough, Newcastle upon Tyne, North Shields, Northumberland, Stockton-on‑Tees, Sunderland, Teesside
JOB TYPE: Full‑Time, Permanent

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through Discovement their home energy transition, managing inbound enquiries, producing compliant technical designs, and converting leads into successful installations.
This role suits a commercially driven individual with strong technical knowledge of heat pumps and solar PV, who enjoys consultative selling and building long‑term customer relationships.
The Technical Sales Consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure high standards of compliance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
